The latest release of My OPSWAT Portal introduces hardware inventory and order tracking, giving you full visibility of your hardware assets and shipping status along with an enhanced false detection form designed for a smoother reporting experience.
For partners, this release adds a new partner information tab, making it easier to view partner-specific account details directly within My OPSWAT Portal.
Hardware Inventory & Order Tracking
With this update, you can now track your OPSWAT hardware shipping status without contacting support and view your hardware inventory in one place.
The new License Management > Organization Hardware tab provides a centralized list of all hardware assets associated with your organization, allowing you to:
- Track orders from purchase to delivery
- Maintain a complete view of all purchased hardware
Refreshed False Detection Submission Form
Reporting false positives or false negatives is now simpler with an enhanced false detection form. The cleaner layout helps you provide accurate details with less effort, and new references guide you through key steps, including:
- Understanding what you’re reporting
- How to identify actionable files
- How to export scan results for submission
These improvements make it easier for you to submit complete reports and help our team analyze and resolve issues faster.
[For Partners] New Partner Information Tab
The new partner information tab under My Organization lets partners view key account details, including account type, program level, sales region, assigned partner manager, and more. So, you always know how your partnership with OPSWAT is set up and who to contact.
